Résumé :	The book, published by the International Maritime Organization (IMO), contains the Final Act and consolidated text of the Convention on the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972. Designed to replace the 1960 Collision Regulations, the treaty outlines the mandatory navigational "rules of the road" to be followed by all vessels upon the high seas and in all waters connected to the sea navigated by seagoing vessels. The publication includes 41 core rules organized into six sections (Parts A to F) and four annexes, detailing responsibilities, steering and sailing rules, lights and shapes, sound and light signals, and technical compliance.
